As event planners, we feel that it is important to create YOUR wedding.  You may be booking your wedding in a banquet facility - no matter how much you might spend on floral to impact the room, you need another essential - LIGHTING.  Lighting a room creates a mood when people enters it.  Putting a color wash on the walls of a beige room can take people's breathe away - and trust me, people will remember your wedding even if they have been to that same venue numerous times for other events.

Grand Opening Party Tonight!

Hello All,

Holiday Greetings to you!

Just a little note that we are having our Grand Opening Party tonight at Sash & Bow.

We will have desserts, coffee, champagne and of course give-a-ways.

The ribbon cutting with the De Pere Chamber of Commerce will start at 4:45 and the Party will start immediately after around 5:00.

Bring your husband or your girlfriends down for a night of fun!

The Spa Loft upstairs is also having their open house which starts at 6.  Montigues will be catering there.

Snow so soon! Mean shopping time!

While snow is starting to fall in Wisconsin it is time to think about shopping.  The Christmas shopping season is right ahead of us.  And I for one am a black friday shopper.  But think about other ideas you can get a bride to be for Christmas.  What is she really in need of?  Perhaps a wedding planner, photographer, baker, rentals for the big day or maybe even a spa treatment or gift certificate for these services!

Visit great local retailers for fantastic Christmas ideas!  Remember to shop local and support your local economy!

A Wonderful day at the Visuelle Productions PAC Bridal Show!

Today was the Visuelle Productions bridal show, boy am I tired!  But what a great turn out.  It is so great to work with people that are so excited about starting to plan their wedding and finding the perfect dress.  I was also glad to see so many brides showing interest in invtitations.

Invitations are turely the first glimpse wedding guests get for a theme/feel of your much anticipated wedding.  Make sure to reflect the colors, flowers, elegance level and overall style in your invitations.  Don't let yourself be expressed by another 6x6 white invitation with raised edges.  While very elegant, it does not show any personality to your guests.  A wedding should be an expression of you, things you love and want others to know about you.  Make your day special.  Start with the invitation!

Sash & Bow is now open!  Visit us in De Pere, Wisconsin.  We require exclusive appointments for you and your bridal party.  You can expect an intimate and fun experience with your bridal party as the store is yours to try on different styles, accessorize and sip champagne (or other beverages).  We want this to be an experience you remember when you look back after your wedding.
